Cancellation Policy

General Booking Terms By booking a session with Aruna Academy, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. All bookings are considered final upon confirmation, and payment is required in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made through our secure online platform, and you will receive an electronic receipt upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that all provided information is accurate at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, with a full refund provided in such cases. Please note that the coaching sessions are intended for personal development, and any use of the content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Your booking confirms your acceptance of these terms, and failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your session without refund. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations must be submitted via email or phone with your booking reference included. We understand that emergencies happen, and while we strive to be accommodating, this policy ensures the smooth running of our services for all clients. If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client as a result of the cancellation. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the original session time. You are allowed one free reschedule per booking, provided the request is made within the specified time frame. Any subsequent rescheduling requests or those made within 48 hours of the session will incur a 25% fee of the session cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred time slot. If we are unable to accommodate a suitable reschedule, our standard cancellation policy will apply. Use of Information We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and payment information collected during the booking process is securely stored and used solely to facilitate your coaching sessions.
