General Booking Terms

By booking a session with our SAP FICO coaching classes, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. All bookings are considered final upon confirmation, and payment is required in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made through our secure online platform, and you will receive an electronic receipt upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that all provided information is accurate at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, with a full refund provided in such cases.

Please note that the coaching sessions are intended for personal development, and any use of the content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Your booking confirms your acceptance of these terms, and failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your session without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations must be submitted via email or phone with your booking reference included. We understand that emergencies happen, and while we strive to be accommodating, this policy ensures the smooth running of our services for all clients.

If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client as a result of the cancellation.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the original session time. You are allowed one free reschedule per booking, provided the request is made within the specified time frame. Any subsequent rescheduling requests or those made within 48 hours of the session will incur a 25% fee of the session cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred time slot. If we are unable to accommodate a suitable reschedule, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

Use of Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and payment information collected during the booking process is securely stored and used solely to facilitate your coaching sessions. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law. By booking a session, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data in accordance with our privacy policy. We employ industry-standard encryption to ensure your data is protected. You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Usage Terms

Our coaching sessions are designed for educational purposes only, and any unauthorized recording, redistribution, or sharing of session content is strictly prohibited. Violation of this term may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your access to our services. We aim to provide accurate and insightful guidance during each session; however, we cannot be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from the application of the knowledge shared. Your participation in our coaching sessions indicates your acceptance of these usage terms and your agreement not to misuse the information provided.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided during our coaching sessions, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, and proprietary tools, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content provided without express written permission. Any unauthorized use of the content may result in immediate termination of access to services and legal action. Your compliance with these terms ensures the protection of our intellectual property and the continued availability of high-quality coaching services.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional coaching services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in which the claim arises. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your participation in our coaching sessions, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Both parties agree to bear their own legal costs and to pursue resolution in good faith. Your booking of a session constitutes acceptance of this dispute resolution process.

As our courses are offered in a digital format, there is no need for traditional shipping or delivery. Once you complete your enrollment in any of our courses, you will gain immediate access to the learning materials. This includes video lectures, reading materials, quizzes, and any supplementary resources directly through our online platform.

After your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with details on how to access your courses. Simply log in to your Aruna Academy account, and you can start learning right away. Our platform is accessible from any device, whether you prefer to learn on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone. If you ever encounter any issues with accessing your courses, our dedicated support team is available 24/7 to assist you. Additionally, all updates and new materials related to your enrolled courses will be automatically available within your account, ensuring that you have the latest resources at your fingertips.
